This is a threaded piece of jewelry! The bottom gem is fixed onto the bar, and the top gem screws on. The bottom of the top gem has a bit of threading (similar to a screw) that will fit into the barbell. All you have to do is screw the top onto the base! Make sure you screw the two pieces together until they are flush.
